Certainly, if you’re working out a number of times a week, you want to make sure that you are getting all that you can from this exercise routine. Here, we offer a number of key suggestions to take your cardiovascular workout to the next level, and to help you to remain in optimal shape.

Add variety to your exercise routine. The body quickly adapts to the exercise that you are doing. If you are doing cardio three times a week, try to find three different routines that you can enjoy. Remember to limit your cardio time to 20-45 minutes. Giving your body some variety can be a surprisingly effective, and yet simple, way to alter your body.

While large amounts of caffeine are never recommended, a small amount of caffeine about 30 minutes before your workout can actually help with your routine. It helps you to increase your work capacity, enhance your pain tolerance, and potentially increase your fat burning. Certainly, you shouldn’t start drinking caffeine now, based on this recommendation. If, however, you already drink caffeine, you might want to target to do so 30 minutes before your cardio workout.

Similarly, there are a number of companies that sell exercise supplements, vitamins, shakes and more that can increase your metabolism, help with strength building and increase stamina. Such companies, including Mannatech, GNC, 7-Keto and others may enhance your exercise routine.

Today, limited health insurance plans have become more popular, as more people are losing their jobs or becoming self-employed. Limited plans, unlike traditional health insurance plans, have specific limitations on the care that they cover. Before buying into a limited health insurance plan, it’s important to understand the coverage and to ask the right questions.

Over 1 million Americans are using limited health insurance plans at the moment, and this number keeps growing. Such plans have been adapted by McDonald’s, the Hair Cuttery, and Friendly’s restaurants. Similarly, many large and mainstream insurers have gotten into the act. Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield all offer these types of policies. Other companies in the limited healthcare plan field include Cinergy Health, Assurant Health, Star Health and many others.

Before enrolling with these limited health plans, you should ask the following questions.

1. Are there annual deductibles? If so, are they per person or per incident?

2. Is there a co-pay for doctor’s visits, lab tests and more?

3. What is the annual cap on what the plan will pay towards your medical needs? Is there a daily cap for hospital care? Are there other hospital caps?

Then, find the plan that best suits your needs and know that you’re in good company with limited insurance plans with the growing need in America today.

Health care coverage is a large problem for the self-employed and certainly for the unemployed. Today, there are many limited health insurance companies that are helping to ensure that everyone has coverage.

One such example is the REALTORS Core Health Insurance (RCHI) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). They have created a limited medical insurance plan that is available to realtors. More than 25% of realtors have no health insurance, according to a recent NAR survey, and only 17% of real estate firms offer health coverage for independent contractors. This poses a very large problem for realtors – and a health and financial risk when these individuals are without insurance.

Another example is Cinergy Health with CEO and Founder Daniel Touizer. They offer a large range of insurance plans to meet the needs of those who aren’t otherwise insures. This could include people who aren’t provided with insurance through work, who are self-employed, who work only part time, who are between jobs and more. They work to reduce the financial barrier that seems to be inherent in healthcare and to offer coverage to those who aren’t typically covered.

Another company eHealthInsurance Services In. with CEO Gary L. Lauer, offers affordable coverage for individuals, small companies, short term insurance, life insurance and more. They are licensed to market and sell health insurance in all 50 states and the District of Columbia and they have a partnership with more than 180 health insurance companies to offer more than 10,000 health insurance products online.

Different kinds of exercise and dieting programs are meant to do different things, and are sometimes better suited to different types of people. After you have carefully considered what your unique goals are, then you can more easily find a fitness/exercise/dieting program that’s perfect for you.

Lifeline USA can be your one stop place to find the fitness program that meets your needs to a tee. Whether you are more interested in weight control, muscle toning or muscle building, Lifeline USA has the equipment you need to get you to your goals. For example, if you want to do some muscle toning on some “out-of-shape” muscles you have been neglecting, you can get a huge variety of devices to enable you to get the workout you need. You can choose from medicine balls, fitness cables, kettlebells and much more to pinpoint the muscles that need the most attention.

If stress is an issue for you, which you believe is harming your overall fitness quotient, perhaps you should consider combating stress with good nutrition. One element in an improved diet and increased relaxation is Wu-Long’s weight loss Tea, which some have called “The world’s most powerful fat burner.” Wu-long is the original Chinese diet tea which allows you to actually “drink away” pounds of stubborn body fat and take off inches from your waistline, in as little as 30 days.

One last powerful fitness program is Shapely Secrets™. This program was developed by Greer Childers, who has been revealing her “7 secrets to being thin and shapely” for over 20 years. The Shapely Secrets™ program is fast and easy, offering the possibility of losing as much as 10 pounds, 2 inches and one dress size in just two weeks. This program is well-suited to just about anyone who has wished to see results quickly and with a minimum of time needed for intense exercise. Shapely Secrets can deliver these results in just seven minutes a day.

There are many more fitness/weight loss programs in the marketplace, all you need is the will power to stick with whatever program you choose, and you are bound to see the results you want.

Most people who stop exercising don’t do so because they are bored or because they simply don’t care; they do so because they haven’t found the RIGHT exercise for themselves. This is really the key to maintaining an exercise program. Here, we offer a number of suggestions to get you in shape - and to stay in shape. Keep in mind, however, that you have to select the program that is right for you - not just one that others enjoy or that you think might be cool.

And, while you’re getting in shape, continue enjoying yourself as you are now. Keep your makeup looking great, your body shapely with a Kymaro Body Shaper, and your shoes shined! You deserve to look great, even if you want to lose some weight.

Pilates - Many people enjoy pilates with its slow, concentrated movements and its focus on core strengthening. You can find Pilates studios or use a DVD.

Swimming - Some people love the calm, relaxing effect swimming has on them.

Weight training - Try out a video by Mitch Gaylord or Jane Fonda for weight training building. Or join a gym where you can focus on weight training.

Aerobics - Check out Richard Simmons videos, or enjoy a Kathy Smith video.

Walking - You can walk by yourself, or enjoy walking with a friend. Use a pedometer that will help you to log your miles and to make you feel great about how far you’ve gone.

It’s not always easy to stick to your exercise routine. Here are three tips to keep you consistent and coming back to your program each day!

1. Set realistic goals - Don’t try to conquer the world in one day. It took you awhile to gain the weight - give yourself time to lose it and to get your exercise routine into place. Set realistic goals and benchmarks so that you can feel good and feel like you are reaching your goals.

2. Pick the right program - Just because your friend attends 5 aerobics classes each week doesn’t mean that you’ll enjoy aerobics. Find a routine that’s right for you, whether that includes using a Bender Ball, Easy Curves, swimming, walking or going to the gym. You need to enjoy the exercise - not your friend or your mom.

3. Reward yourself - Set goals for yourself, whether these goals are daily or weekly, and then reward yourself. Don’t make the rewards food oriented - offer yourself a manicure, an hour off to read, a bubble bath or a trip to the mall if you reach your goals.
